Stunning route, well marshalled and good facilities at Delamere. Good warm up, bit of congestion at the start - could be aided with a couple of waves based on predicted finish time. Good number of water stations on route. A “caution runners” sign would have been good on the last 250m section as by 11am the forest was full of families with kids on bikes and dogs completely oblivious so was a bit chaotic trying to get through. Really enjoyed the event though, couldn’t ask for better location.

Loved this event! Big hill at the start that killed me, but after that the course was fantastic!

Challenging course and stunning location to run and banish the autumn blues. Not 5 * due to no warm up, lack of volunteers and.number of people on the course making some parts quite dangerous.
