The purpose built lake is perfect for the swim and the flat grounds lend themselves to a totally flat bike and run course, the ideal venue for a chip timed personal best. Each discipline will be accurately marked out with distance flags and we will have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you all the way to the finish

CUT-OFF TIME
No, everyone is welcome, however please get in contact with us at [email protected] if you plan to take more than 3hrs to complete your race as we may need to make special arrangements around the course and event village.

MINIMUM AGES
There are age requirements for the following races:

Standard Triathlon - 17 years old and above

Super Sprint & Sprint Triathlon - 15 years old and above

BAGGAGE
We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach it to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.

TOILETS
There will be portaloos available in the event village next to the boathouse. The toilets are a short distance from the transition area.

REFRESHMENTS
There will be a water station available on each lap of the 5k course (at around the 2.5km mark). There will also be a bottle of water waiting for you at the finish line. We recommend bringing your own water with you to stay hydrated in the lead up to the event and running with a hydration where possible.
