Course Details

The swim is in the 8 lane, 25m pool at the Sports Village. The slowest swimmers will set off first and over the course of about an hour, the fastest will have begun. After each 50m, you will duck under the lane rope. After you have crossed the entire pool, having swum a total of 400m, you will exit to transition.

Transition is 10m away from the swimming pool. You will head out on your bike, with the bulk of the course being be on Cooper’s Green Lane – a fantastic road for time trial. There are two turn-around points on the course. You will return to the Sports Village for the run.

The run is a single lap 5k course, taking in some of the local Ellenbrooke Fields Parkrun course. Despite being in a triathlon, we see lots of 5k PBs every year on this course.
