Course Details
Run along the wide hard wearing lake paths, there are small parts of concrete as well as grass/mud sections. Most runners will wear road shoes.

Water is provided in sealed 500ml bottles - Feel free to bring labelled gels/ personal drinks etc to be used during the race by yourself.
