PHOENIX - Runbelievable - Road Runner - Day 5

Sun 22nd November 2026

Cartoon road runner bird running on a winding road in front of a sign that says “Road Runner” with green hills in the background. A group of runners pose together under a "PHOENIX Running" tent. They are smiling, waving, and wearing medals around their necks. The group includes both men and women dressed in a variety of athletic attire, with trees and greenery in the background. A group of people in athletic clothing are gathered outside "The Weir" pub on a sunny day. Some are sitting at picnic tables, while others stand and chat. Several bags and bottles are visible. The scene suggests a social gathering, possibly after a sports event. A crowd of runners, wearing numbered bibs and athletic gear, participate in the Phoenix Spring Marathon 2017. Trees and residential buildings are visible in the background. Some runners are in mid-stride, while others are just starting to move forward. A group of runners, wearing athletic attire and medals, pose for a group photo near a river. The backdrop consists of trees and greenery, suggesting an outdoor event. Some members are standing while others are kneeling or sitting on the ground, smiling at the camera.

Organiser's Description

This is the individual entry for Day 5 of our Five in Five (FiFi) Cyclopark Road Runner Race Series with 5 brand new colours for the medals.

You can enter each day individually and run 1, 2, 3, 4 or all 5 days - the choice is yours.

We're very excited about this run series because it's a 5 runs in 5 days series and all 5 events can be classed as road for both Marathon & Half Marathon distance because they'll be held on our measured and certified 5.25 mile route. So if, for example, you need 10 road marathons for the 100 Marathon Club then you can run 5 of them during this series. And, as if that wasn't enough, well just look at the medals!

As the name suggests this is a series of 5 consecutive running events held over 5 consecutive days where you choose from 5 miles to 10 miles, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of an 8.5 km, 5.25 mile, out and back, course around the tarmac tracks near the Cyclopark.

The runs are 7 hour timed events. We welcome absolutely all abilities of runner or walker - complete one lap on any day and you're both a finisher for that day and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can go in the full time limit. Then come back and do it all over again and again and again.

The Road Runner Five in Five Road series will be based from the overflow car park at the Cyclopark. Our aid station or tuck shop is famous for all its sweet and savoury goodies and CAKE and it will be out in full force in November 2026 so you won't go hungry!

What will the medals be for the Road Runner 5 in5?

Well, as we hope you've come to expect from us, we're going to be doing something rather special and unique to us on the bling front. Yet again we've gone all out on the bling and in the winter of 2026 we'll have a set of Road Runner inspired medals with a different colour for each of the 5 days of the series. These are big medals and they really are beautiful.

But what if I want to do some days but not all the days?

That is absolutely fine - any day can be entered as a single / separate event and you can do whichever days you want.

Places will be strictly limited so don't leave it too late to enter. Minimum distance is 5.24 miles or as far as you can go in 7 hours.

Well organised and run event. Friendly staff/volunteers and participants! Course had some nice elevation (~400m over 42km) and was a quiet and wide tarmac footpath for the most part (one quiet road crossing).
