Sub 20min
5k heats
For the fastest on the day. Two back-to-back 5k races for runners targeting sub-20 minutes, each stacked with serious competition.

Pacers will help you stay on target as you push for every second. Run hard, hold your place, and you might just earn yourself a spot in the final race of the day.

4x1k mixed
relay
Between the Sub-20 heats and the 3k Final, the track flips to team mode. Four runners, one kilometre each, max two men per team. Winning team takes the prize.

The 3k
Super Final
The showpiece event. The top finishers from both Sub-20 heats go head-to-head over three blistering laps of the loop. It’s short, sharp, and all-out, a test of pure speed under pressure.

With the crowd tight around the course and a cash prize on the line, this is where Formula Run reaches full throttle. Gun time only!
