This exciting event kicks off in the iconic resort of Gstaad and features the thrilling Grand Raid Sherpa 100K, offering participants a chance to discover breathtaking landscapes, including a stunning crossing of the Tsanfleuron Glacier at nearly 3,000 meters altitude.

For those looking for shorter distances, the Humani'Trail also offers courses ranging from 14 to 42 kilometers, winding through the heart of the magnificent Swiss Alps between Gstaad and the charming village of Les Diablerets. As if the scenic beauty and exhilarating challenges aren’t enough, nearly 50% of the registration fees will be donated to support vital school projects in the Himalayas, making this event a truly meaningful experience. Organiser's Description

Starting and finishing in the iconic and traditional resort of Gstaad, the Grand Raid Sherpa 100K offers the opportunity to discover often overlooked places, including crossing the Tsanfleuron Glacier at nearly 3,000m altitude. Other courses, ranging from 14 to 42km, will take place between Gstaad and the village of Les Diablerets from Saturday to Sunday, in the heart of the Swiss Alps. And to make it even better, nearly 50% of the registration fees are donated to support school projects in the Himalayas.

How to Get There

Les Diablerets
From Aigle, the mountain train A.S.D (Aigle - Sépey - Diablerets) of the Transports Publics du Chablais provides access to the heart of the Les Diablerets station (5 minutes' walk from the race start).
Internationally, Aigle can be reached by regular lines from Lausanne and its TGV station.
Approximate duration from Lausanne: 1 hour 30 minutes.

Gstaad
The Bernese Oberland station is accessible by the famous GoldenPass Express train from Montreux.

Les Diablerets
Les Diablerets is easily accessible from the A9 motorway and the Aigle exit in approximately 25 minutes via Le Sépey.

Gstaad
Gstaad can be reached in several ways depending on your starting point. Either via Les Diablerets as previously described, or through Gruyère and Pays-d'Enhaut region via Bulle (from FR/NE/JU/JU-BE), or via Thun and Simmental for Swiss Germans. For participants planning to compete over two days, the Pillon route allows you to reach Gstaad in approximately 25 minutes.

Both Les Diablerets and Gstaad remain modest-sized villages where it is easy to get around on foot, despite slopes that a trail runner would not deny...
In both cases, the train station is located a few hundred meters from the start and finish area.

Location

Grand Raid Sherpa and the Sunday run start in Gstaad, while the Saturday run begins in Les Diablerets, located approximately 25 minutes away by car.

Exceptionally, the Humani'Trail will take place over the entire weekend (September 26-28, 2025) for its 10th edition. On this occasion, the event will be held on both sides of the Pillon: on Saturday with the traditional Humani'Trail program and on Sunday in Gstaad with the arrivals of the Grand Raid Sherpa and two new routes around the station in the Bernese Oberland
