With race distances of 2.5KM, 5KM, 10KM, and 15KM, there’s a challenge for everyone, including children aged 5 to 15 (accompanied by an adult). Get ready to jump, bounce, slide and swing through the World's BIGGEST and CRAZIEST Inflatable 5k Obstacle Course!

The Inflatable 5k Obstacle Course is coming to Brighton on Saturday 18th October 2025 and it's going to be Epic! The obstacles are BIGGER, BOUNCIER and BETTER than ever before! You'll be jumping, sliding and laughing all the way to the finish line. Grab your friends, family or tackle it on your own. Lace up your trainers and get ready for the ultimate day out!

**The inflatable 5k is open for ages 5 - 15 years old. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult at all times (3:1 child:adult ratio)**

FAQs

  • Can I miss an obstacle out?

    Yes, if you don't feel like doing a particular obstacle, please check with our marshal on each obstacle beforehand.

  • How long will it take?

    How long an event will take you depends on your level of fitness, your experience, and whether or not you've been training. 2.5k Avg 20mins, 5k Avg 45mins, 10k 1h 15mins, 15k Avg 1h 45mins.

  • Is there a time limit for completing the course?

    You are able to run or walk at your own pace! However, the last start time for 10k & 15k runners is 11.30am.

  • Can I upgrade my distance?

    Yes, you can do this on the day of the event. Please head to the help desk and you can upgrade or amend your distance.

  • Can I run with a group of friends?

    Yes, please make sure you all enter the same start wave.

  • Is there an age limit?

    The inflatable 5k is open for ages 5 - 15 years old. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult at all times (3:1 child:adult ratio). Adult: 16+ / Child: 5 to 15yrs

  • I am pregnant, can I run?

    We would advise against it, however, it is your responsibility to contact a medical professional regarding this and you would be participating at your own risk.

  • Can I transfer my booking?

    You can transfer your booking to another person or another inflatable event up-to 10 days prior to the event date, there is a £7.50 per person fee for this.

  • Can you do the Inflatable 5K alone?

    Yes, participants can run as individuals. There is plenty of people on the course to help if needed.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your start time.

E-TICKETS
Please print / screenshot your E-Ticket and present it upon entering the venue to collect your running bibs and please ensure to turn dark mode/night mode off when showing your E-ticket.

DOGS
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at our events.

TOILETS
Toilets are provided at the venue. Please look for signs or ask a member of staff.

BAG DROP
Bag drop is £3.00 per bag. Please keep bags to a gym duffle size or smaller. Larger items won't be permitted. All bags will be searched by a member of the UKRE Team for event safety and security.

EVENT KIT LIST
Sensible running shoes and a long sleeve top. Bring a rain jacket if wet weather is forecast. We love to see runners in fancy dress, so don't hold back! Please do not wear any sharp jewellery or carry sharp objects that could cause injury.

CHILDREN
Children between 5 - 15 years old must be accompanied by a paying participating adult (3:1 child:adult ratio) Unfortunately, if this is not met, you will not be able to participate at our event.

SPECTATORS
Friends and family are welcome to come along and watch in the designated spectator areas only, for no extra charge. Spectators cannot roam around the entire course and must keep off the marked out course and obstacles. Children must be under adult supervision at all times.

DRINK STATION
Water will be stationed midway along the route to keep you hydrated.

FOOD & DRINK
There will be food and drink vendors on-site.

We've added three additional brand new obstacles, meaning you will tackle 28 gigantic obstacles on the 5K distance. Combined with five pumping music zones to motivate you around the course, this year's Inflatable 5K is the most epic yet!

The course is 2.5k long and each lap will be a repeat of the obstacles.

pre event info

You will receive your pre-event information and E-ticket the week of the event on Monday at 6pm and Friday the day before at 9am. Please ensure to have your E-ticket ready at the QR station on the day of the event, where you will receive your running bib(s). All participants will receive a finishers medal, goodie and refreshing drink at the finish line.
