This is a Nice Work race
This means that this is an original Nice Work race, fully hosted and organised by us.

Event Overview:
The London Summer 10k returns to the beautiful surroundings of Regent’s Park.  Situated in the heart of London, the course will take you past the world-famous London Zoo so make sure to look out for the animals on your way past!   The course will take in the sights and scenes of the boating lake and take you down the famous Regent's Park Broad Walk to the Ready Money Fountain and then alongside the zoo.

The event is a family friendly and in addition to the main 10k race, there is also a 2-mile Fun Run and a children's race. The race is perfect for runners of all abilities, from those looking to complete their first 10k distance to seasoned 10k runners looking for a new PB.

Course Details:
The route is completely self-contained within the boundaries of the park with no roads to cross and no vehicles to contend with. The 10k course is a three lap route covering the tarmac paths within the boundaries of Regents Park. The course has been officially measured and carries a certificate of course accuracy.  The route is generally flat with only one gentle incline and covers the tarmac and paths surrounding the park.

Well organised enjoyable 10K. Arrived early and booked in with no fuss. Had time to grab a drink in The Hub Cafe near to the start. 10:30 start made it a reasonably leisurely start to the day. Announcements clear. Bag drop available. Able to watch the end of the children’s race before 10K started. Route clearly marked and a pleasant 3lap route round the park. Friendly Marshalls. Water and a biscuit at the end. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and a bottle of wine for those who won their age group. What more could you want. A thoroughly enjoyable morning.
