Event Overview:
This popular, festive event is a flat and fast seasonal 5 mile run along the Promenade, along an accurately measured course.  There are festive sweet treats on offer plus, of course, our famous mince pie welcome will be waiting for you at the finish. Suitable for experienced runners and beginners alike.   Come dressed in appropriate Christmas dress to make Santa really proud!

About our charity partner, Havens Hospice:
When there is no cure, Havens Hospices can provide the care that's needed. Caring for babies, children and young people, its specialist team looks after the whole family throughout illness, death and bereavement, putting wellbeing at the centre of their support.

Course Details:
The Southend Rudolph Run comprises a single loop around the country park followed by an out and back section along the promenade.

Bespoke festive medal for all finishers.
Prizes/trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd male and female winners (5 mile only)
Prizes/trophies for 1st male and female age group catogories (5 mile only)
Prizes/trophies for 1st male and female affiliated team, three to count (5 mile only)

Rudolf Scurry: £6.00
