Organiser's Description

This annual event supports Mount Vernon Cancer Centre.

It's a real community event for all the family and, once again, will be offering a walking 10K – so sign-up and encourage family and friends to join you. Raise vital funds for Mount Vernon Cancer Centre by getting your friends and family to sponsor you. Last year we raised over £40,000

It's a closed road, UK Athletics licenced 10K event. The route starts with a lap and a half of the school playing fields before heading out into the Moor Park estate. It crosses Rickmansworth and Moor Park Golf Courses, winding its way back through the Moor Park estate to the school grounds for a final triumphal lap of the playing fields.

The junior fun runs are always a highlight of the event. We look forward to seeing children of all ages and abilities back on the start line and competing for the coveted schools shield. Don’t forget to enter your child’s school name during the registration process.

All event finishers (whether you choose 10K run/walk or the junior fun runs) will recieve a medal!
