Organiser's Description
You get to chose your own medal out of our fantastic collection of Race Bling.
This is one of our timed events where you choose - from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many or as few laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, lapped course around the beautiful Mowsbury Park. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal.

Course Details
The course is a run on mixed terrain. Half of the course is on footpaths and the rest is on grass or woodland trails. I only ever wear road shoes on this route however feel free to bring whatever shoes you are comfortable running in. You can always change after 1 lap.
Please note that the footpaths in the park are a public right of way, so we would ask that you give extra consideration to other users.
