Organiser's Description

** THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED - ALL RUNNERS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED TO 12TH OCTOBER **

Join us for our final Chase The Sun Olympic Park race of the Summer! Racing around the inspiring grounds of London 2012′s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, it's a battle to get around the course before the sun goes down, and the flat and fast course is the perfect opportunity for a chip timed personal best.

As always with a RunThrough event each kilometer will be accurately marked out and there will be plenty of signs and marshals around the course to keep you going all the way to the finish!

The race will start in waves based on your estimated finish time, with the faster runners at the start and slower near the back to avoid any congestion and the need to overtake on course.

Well organized. All was good, volonteers, cheering, timing... i was a bit sceptic for the bagd, scared they are not safe enough, but in the end it was all good. Well done! Hope to see you again!

Very cheerful atmosphere. It was well organized. The atmosphere was amazing. There were lots of people came with work colleagues as well. The volunteers were fantastic. They cheered us on along the race course. It was much needed when the legs are tired! The only thing I would suggest to improve I s that the PA system did not reach the crowd in the beginning. So we could not make out what was the announcement. Other than that, it was brilliant!
