Great food, late spring sunshine and Italy’s most popular sportive makes this sportive weekend one of the highlights of the year. Cesenatico, on the Adriatic coast, is a fanatical cycling city with plenty of pro races and sportives throughout the year. Here you will find local bike shops, hotels and restaurants well set up for cyclists and finding great places to ride on the days before the event is easy.
In the summer this city heaves with young Italians partying and even in May the bars are busy until well into the wee hours. During the day, the main attraction in town is the canal area close to the hotel where historic fishing boats create a picturesque backdrop.
