Organiser's Description

Snowdrops endure the most harsh conditions in Winter and emerge as the first signs of Spring. The symbol of the snowdrop represents hope and consolation, and we can all relate to this sentiment whilst enduring a third lockdown, so snowdrops are our inspiration for our March Charity Challenge.

Our monthly charity races support small charities, and our March race partner - The Sussex Snowdrop Trust - is currently supporting 64 families, providing vital nursing care in the homes of children who have a life threatening or terminal illness. The Snowdrop Care at Home Team embraces the whole family, providing nursing care at home every step of the way, as well as offering emotional and financial support for these families.

In our March challenge, we encourage you to walk, run or cycle a mile for every family that the charity supports. That’s a total of 64 miles during the month of March. For our younger runners who wish to take part we have a 64km Challenge. There will be a stunning bespoke medal for all finishers and we will have spot prizes for those who walk, run or cycle the furthest distance. You don’t have to stop at 64, keep going!
