Course Details
The bike follows an undulating circuit on quiet rural lanes, suitable for novices but still challenging for experienced racers. It is ridden anti-clockwise, with 1 loop for short distance and 2 loops for standard distance.
The run is flat and fast, 3 km out and back on tarmac. The leg before the bike is completed once for short distance and twice for standard distance. After the bike, the run is completed once more for both distances.
