Organiser's Description

Taking place within the iconic Bushy Park, which is the perfect setting for a fast, flat and traffic-free Sunday morning race. The flat course covers the tracks, trails and footpaths within the Park and is suitable for runners of all abilities. Beginners welcome. Race features chip timing - plus finishing line goodies and a medal.

Course Details

The route is mostly flat and covers a selection of hard track, tarmac, and a small section on grass. You will pass around various sections of the park alongside the Hampton Wick Royal Cricket Club and the Oval Plantation whilst taking in the mixture of scenic woods and lakes. You may even be lucky enough to spot one of the many roaming herds of Red or Fallow Deer that have been known to watch the start of the race on a few occasions!

How To Get There

Getting there on foot and by bicycle
The park is easily accessible by both foot and cycle. You can leave your bicycles with us at the race registration area whilst you run.

Getting there by car
For those who wish to drive to the event there is a car park close to the start and adjacent to the Diana Fountain. You are advised to arrive as early as you can.

Getting there by train
There are three stations surrounding the park - Hampton Court, Hampton Wick and Teddington - and are all accessible by travelling from London Waterloo. Hampton Court is a 10 minute walk to the event via Hampton Court Gate.

Getting there by bus
There are number of buses that travel to Bushy Park and it is then just a short walk from the gate to the event.

First Aid

St John Ambulance will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep marshal following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
