Organiser's Description
THE RACES WILL BE RUN UNDER THE SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES IN OPERATION AT THE TIME, THIS MAY MEAN WE USE A STAGGERED START RATHER THAN A MASS START, ALL ENTRANTS WILL BE ADVISED IN ADVANCE.
The races are within the beautiful scenery/greenery of Pembrey Country Park and the surrounding woodland and beach, no public highways are used. The courses will be well marshalled.
Whilst these are not mud races we are dependent on the weather so be prepared for some soft ground, standing water and muddy patches. It is strongly recommended that runners wear appropriate clothing for the time of year, especially footwear, to avoid injuries.
There will be a top quality medal awarded to all finishers (as in last years Red Warrior Challenge) and also trophies will be awarded to the first three finishers. The winners names will also be entered onto the main trophy which will be the Warrior’s Sword, there will be photo opportunities and a race video.
Canicross options for those who want to run with their dogs.
