Course Details
Please note the course is path and we recommend road running shoes for this event - The course is flat - 5k is one lap and so on for the additional distances - buggies are ok - wheelchair friendly - note the course may be altered at any point up to event day if necessary

Enjoyable event overall. Planned well and weather was dry which is a plus. Only thing is that the toilet queue got pretty long but went down surprisingly quick. Good atmosphere too so will be looking to take part next year too.

Great race! Probably my favourite this year, very nearly got a pb (maybe next year). I liked the course and the stewards were lovely. Drove from Bristol to attend and will be back again.
This was an enjoyable race in nice surroundings, well organised with easy parking. One downside - With the 10k and 5k starting one hour after the Half marathon, was a significant bottleneck on one part of the course, which was difficult to navigate when racing. It was regretful to have to duck and weave between runners in order to maintain pace and I felt quite awkward and apologetic. Also, based on my Garmin and pace calculations, I thought the distance was slightly under-measured.

The race was flat, and very enjoyable the marshals was great they helped me through it😊 as I was recovering from a serious chest injury a massive thank you well worth the event would do it again, very well done fix event.com.
Ran the half-marathon. Great organisation, really friendly and helpful staff and well managed event for runners of all the races. It was lovely to be part of a smaller more intimate race as opposed to the Cardiff Half, and so will be making this one a regular in my running calendar. Had a great time. Thanks to all concerned.
It was a great course with friendly marshalls and nice organisation. I know I am slow (2hrs 18 ish) but when I finished all the snacks had gone and there were no bananas or anything. In that heat I really needed something to fuel me to my car (I did a lifetime PB) and the hardest parp of the race was getting to my car (where I had food) I wasn't impressed by that

It was run very friendly, Marshalled excellently and nice course, only down side was it was a bit warm on the day which isn't under their control
