The Great Barrow Challenge - Hosted by Zig Zag Running

Come and join us at our exclusive venue at Suffolk Running Centre, Church Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP29 5AX

It's 10 days of opportunity to challenge yourself! - This is an INDIVIDUAL DAY ENTRY.

Whether it be 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Full Marathon or Ultra Marathon.

It's a seven-hour cut off whether you start at 8am or 9am

Your race, your pace, your distance!

Over the 10 days there will be different routes: *

THIS ENTRY IS FOR DAY ONE AND THE ROUTE WILL BE WINDMILL

Other days in the Series will be available:
Day 2 - Clover - full route
Day 3 - Gallops - full route
Day 4 - Dalham Kiln - half route
Day 5 - Denham Flats - 10km out and back
Day 6 - Golding Hills - 10km out and back 
Day 7 - Chevington Chase - half route
Day 8 - Clover - half route
Day 9 - Kirtling - full marathon, Windmill - half marathon
Day 10 - Back Quack -10km loop

Parking is also included in your entry price.

The Race HQ/Base Camp is located at the start and Lap point and at the base camp we will have our water/aid station.

Upon entry you will receive an email confirmation from your entry portal and Zig Zag Running. This will also contain the link to the race briefing information pack.

We have designed Bespoke medals for the event, which you will receive at the end of the race each day.

Please note the event has gone cupless - so please bring your own bottles or cups for refilling.

You will need to be at the venue around 30-45minutes before your start time which will give you enough time to collect your race number, receive the relevant race briefing and get ready to run.

Well organised, friendly people, great cakes and coffee at the end. Facilitated my personal challenge of 3 halves in 3 months before I'm 60. Would have preferred a single 13 mile loop rather than retracing steps.
