Course Details

Swim
The swim start is one of the most iconic on the triathlon calendar, with a jump off the end of Eastbourne's historic pier!

Bike Route
The route is fast and mostly flat with the only climbs in the final 10 miles over the famous Beachy Head. The first section is on fairly big roads including some sections of duel carriageway coming out of Eastbourne, however, these sections are very quiet on a Sunday morning. The second part of the route is on quiet country lanes followed by the final hilly section back to Eastbourne via Beachy Head.

Run Route
The run consists of fast, flat seafront laps of 10.5km. Great support and 5 aid stations per lap.
