Organiser's Description
Starting and finishing at Charnwood College, the route takes you through parts of Shepshed, Hathern and the beautiful Garendon Estate. Feedback from last year's event was it was a tough route but so rewarding when you cross that finish line.
This will be the FINAL time using this route!
There will be plenty of Jelly Babies and water to keep you going and a medal for finishers!
You can run it all yourself, or do it as a Team Relay and it's just over 5k each, perfect for those doing Couch to 5k!

About the charity
Living Without Abuse – LWA - is a domestic and sexual abuse charity based in Loughborough, Leicestershire. We provide support to women, men and children affected by domestic abuse and/or sexual violence across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We can provide support to anyone experiencing or fearing violence or abuse from a partner, ex-partner or family member.
We believe that all people have the right to live safely and without fear of violence and abuse. We are committed to raising awareness of domestic abuse and sexual violence, working towards its prevention and eradication, and assisting those affected by these crimes to escape, recover and rebuild.
Domestic abuse is not just physical abuse - it's emotional, mental, verbal, sexual, financial, FGM, honour-based violence, forced marriage, stalking and harassment
