Course Details

Get ready Manchester to MoRun around the stunning Heaton Park!

Course details: The run route is a mix of path and trail running - undulating - dog friendly - ok for buggy running but some sections can be bumpy or muddy - not suitable for wheelchairs - 2 sections of the course involve road crossings so please take care - The 5k is one lap, the 10k is two laps and the half marathon is 4 laps with an additional 1.1k section

The event hub is based within the bowl which is below the Farm Centre.

By Car
Parking is available onsite at the park but please note this is limited so if possible leave your car at home, come with others and make sure you plan your journey to ensure you arrive with plenty of time to spare.

There is parking in and around the park however the best and the closest parking for this MoRun is via the main entrance at St Margarets Gate and the postcode is M25 2SW. Parking is pay and display so check this on arrival. Please ensure you plan your journey to arrive with plenty of time to spare.

My first half marathon! Great location and overall atmosphere. Wonderful cause. The hosts were all so lovely. Cant fault it! Thanks to all the volunteers who took time out. Rip my legs

Very well organised event, communication was managed well in the lead up to the race. From a venue perspective it could have done with a bit directional signage from the car park to the event area. Other than this very small detail, the course was well marshalled and organisation was great.
