Moel Famau Easter 'Piece of String' Race

Organiser's Description
A great chance to stretch your legs with this event at the start of the Easter holidays, with a Canicross race going off before the main pack.
'Piece of String' refers to the distance and route. You will not know until the event unfolds. We will tell you when there is 1km to go to the finish!
All you need to do is turn up for a great Easter run out, on the region's most popular hill, and you can be sure of the following:
- the route will be between 6 and 12 Kilometers in length
- it will be well marked and marshalled
- there'll be some hills :-)
- you will get a chocolate treat (it is Easter after all) and a medal at the finish to reward you for your efforts!
I am sure there will be some racing going on from some of you, but the emphasis will be on a fun, friendly and inclusive event atmosphere - all abilities welcome!
There will be a kit requirement, and we'll communicate this nearer the time based on the weather conditions.
PLEASE NOTE - as the event name and location suggests, this is a route which covers hilly terrain and as such, all participants should attend expecting hills and a variety of terrain.
