Further Information

We recommend the course is wheelchair accesible but with assistance. Please be mindful that although this course is flat, over 50% is on grass with no path alternative so assistance may be required, especially weather dependant. This also includes the same for pushchairs, the route is mainly flat with a small incline over a bridge, therefore please do consider this, especially if there has been wet weather prior to the event.

If you require any further information on the accessibility of a Race for Life event, or wish to bring a carer/assistant to accompany you or if you need to bring a guide runner, please contact our Supporter Hotline on 0300 123 0770 and press 1 when prompted (Opening hours are 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday) or email us at [email protected]

If you feel you might need extra help at the event please do pick up a badge at the Blue Enquires Marquee so that our crew and volunteers can look out for you and check you are OK.

Meeting Point Information

The start line is in line with the childrens play area outside the Jungle Parc and Forest Cafe.

The finish line is a little further up from the start line near the large oak tree.

There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up. A Scottish Power water refill station will be available to use at the finish

Please arrive 30 to 45mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always match up with fitbits, strava and Apple watches. Remember to follow the route carefully and don't cut corners as that will alter the distance you cover!

Event Day Information

We are delighted to welcome spectators to Race for Life so please do bring your family and friends along to cheer you on and support you on the day.

Dogs are allowed at this event proving they are on a short lead.
