Organiser's Description

Join us this spring for a 10km guided trail run through the beautiful woods and open ridge lines of the Chiltern Hills! All abilities are catered for. During the run we will give you tips on how to improve your running economy so you can make the most of your trail running.

As with all Run the Wild events, you will be grouped with similar ability runners and led by one of our experienced Run Leaders. We walk anything too steep and it’s a good opportunity to get some trail running tips from our leaders along the way. The event will finish around 11am when you can enjoy a post run coffee at the Church Farm cafe.

I had a great time running around the Ashridge Estate while being guided and entertained. The muddy conditions provided plenty of opportunity for useful trail running guidance with entrants being sensibly streamed into groups matching their pace level. A fun morning out if you're looking for something more than a race.
Hi Damian Many thanks for your kind review and we are really pleased you enjoyed the event! Look forward to seeing you again soon. Best wishes Team RtW
