Join us for this popular and exhilarating Gosport 5k Summer Series...

This is a Nice Work race
This means that it is an original Nice Work race, fully hosted and organised by us.

Event Overview:
This series consists of five races taking place on the second Tuesday in April, May, June, July and August.
You can enter each race individually or save money and buy a series entry.  
The race offers a fast, out and back promenade run using an accurately measured 5k course, ideal for beginners and experienced runners alike.

Course Details:
The Gosport 5k will start from a point close to the Bayside Cabin Café and cover an out and back route along the promenade which includes a loop along Lifeboat Lane. The majority of the route is on concrete paths apart from a few metres on a shingle pathway.  The route is accurarately measured and fast times are highly likely.

Prizes:
Bespoke medal for all finishers.
Prizes/trophies for 1st male and female winners.

Series points are based on the results of all 5 races combined. 

Enter the whole series and receive a technical race t-shirt at the final race of the series.
Please note, you will only receive a t-shirt if you purchase a series entry; they will not be given for 5 individual entries.

Course Details

How to Get There

Race HQ: adjacent to the Bayside Cabin Café, Stokes Bay Road, Gosport PO12 2QT.

By Car: There is plenty of car parking available along the sea front, but please pay attention to any parking restrictions and remember to pay the appropriate rate where applicable.

By Train: The closest railway station is Portsmouth Harbour and the promenade is served by local buses.
