Course Details
Please note most sections are path, there are a few sections that care must be taken, a small road crossing section and a bridge crossing. Our team will manage these sections but please be aware at these key points. The 5k is one lap, the 10k is two and the half marathon is an initial 1.1k loop before 4 full 5k laps.

I enjoyed the route, nice and flat so good if it’s a PB you’re after. However, not enough portaloos so huge queues right before the race which meant no time to warm up. Not enough hydration stations. They had one table of tiny cups of water but no one to pass them to you. With how cold it was it was really hard to have the dexterity to grab one whilst running.
Demoralising course with constant cut backs and mixture of underfoot conditions. Stony paths with tarmac paths provide for inconsistent running form as you adjust between retrained. Slippy bridge crossing if it’s raining presents health and safety issues. Occasionally you have to navigate past pedestrians walking their dogs. Half marathon is challenging enough you don’t these additional obstacles. Beware post race promise of refuelling snacks. Jelly beans is all they had left when I finished
