Regent's Park is the perfect setting for a fast and traffic-free Sunday morning 5k/10k. The course covers an accurately measured 5k and 10k routes wholly within the park and attracts runners of all abilities.

I LOVED this event! It was my first race and I was nervous as I was never a long distance runner at school. But I must say the event ran like clockwork with incredibly clear signs and helpful volunteers. It was also lovey to learn what a supportive and kind bunch runners are! There is a lovely culture of encouragement among you guys. I actually brought 3 of my family members along to run as well as my wife and children who watched and we all had a great morning! We're hoping to make these events a regular thing for our family!
