The Sudbury Trail Run

Expect a varied terrain that includes river paths, meadows, and gentle hills, offering both a challenge and a feast for the eyes. The route is carefully planned to showcase Sudbury's natural and historical landmarks, including the famous water meadows and the path along the River Stour.

Participants can choose from different distances, catering to all levels of runners. Each route will be clearly marked, with support volunteers positioned along the way. Prepare for an unforgettable journey through the Suffolk landscape that will invigorate your body and soul

What distances are available?
We offer a variety of distances suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced runners. 6.5k, 13k, 26k & a 4 person relay.

What should I bring?
Recommended items include appropriate running gear for the weather and terrain, a reusable water bottle, nutrition for the longer distances and a small first aid kit.

Are there any age restrictions?
No participants under the age of 17 are permitted at the event.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds of registration fees are available under the following conditions, based on the date the refund request is made: If you have not purchased refund protection & your reason for withdrawing from the event does not Full Refund: Within 14 days of purchasing a ticket, participants are eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee. 50% Refund: A 50% refund of the registration fee is available to participants who request a refund up until June 30 of the event year.

No Refunds After July 31.

Please note that no refunds will be issued for any reason after July 31 of the event year. We encourage participants to consider their availability and commitment to the event before registering.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Review Period: Allow up to 14 business days for your request to be processed. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of registration. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Exceptions and Special Considerations

We understand that extraordinary circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, family bereavement) may affect your ability to participate in the event. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please include detailed information in your refund request email. Our team will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
