Organiser's Description

The secure, traffic free, undulating tarmac route at the Redbridge Cycle Centre in South East London sees runners covering laps of the 2.3k circuit and finishing on what will, hopefully, be a balmy Summer's evening. Choice of three distances: 50 km ultra; marathon; half marathon. Aim high and select the ultra distance – you can always change your mind once you've started!

Start Times

50K starts at 10.00 am.
Marathon starts at 2.00 pm.
Half Marathon starts at 5.00 pm.
Cut off for all races is 9.00 pm.

How To Get There

The Race Headquarters will be located at the main reception. The start of each race varies depending on the distance covered. All runners will be walked to their start prior to each race. Runners of later distances should be aware that the other distances will still be running at this time.

The finish will be located adjacent to the race HQ. Parking is available at the main car park which is clearly signposted upon entry.

The closest tube station is Fairlop which is approximately 1.5 miles from the Race HQ.

Course Details

All races are accurately measured and cover multiple laps of the just over a 2km lap.

Ultra Runners will cover 24 and a half laps
Marathon runners will cover 20 and a half laps
Half Marathon runners will cover 10 and a half laps.

First Aid

St John Ambulance or an alternative medical provider will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep marshal following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
