Be a part of the 3rd Wales SwimRun event taking place along the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, as a duo or by yourself! Commencing on the cliff tops of Freshwater East, moving through Manorbier, Lydstep and Tenby, to finish at Saundersfoot Harbour. Enjoy a tour of South Pembrokeshire on this route, while achieving your goals.
