Join us at this popular event taking place at Henley Leisure Centre and within the grounds of Gillotts School.
Henley-on-Thames is perhaps best known for the annual Royal Regatta, which attracts some of the world's finest rowers.
Conveniently situated just outside the picturesque town of Henley, on the edge of the Chiltern Hills & the banks of the River Thames and boasting a spectator-friendly course, the Henley Triathlon is one not to be missed.
There will be facilities available at the event including hot and cold food, refreshments, toilets and a large grass area ideal for family picnics and kids to play that all make for a great day out for the family!

I've done multi sport events before but this was my first tri and I loved it. Really well organised, lovely friendly marshals who were happy to answer very basic questions, and great medal. The bike course was well signed and felt safe even on open roads. One longish and one sharp ascent on each lap but nothing unmanageable. I felt very welcome and plan to come back!
Great event but.... I really enjoyed this event back in my home town. It’s very well organised with clear direction and instructions. The pool swim is like most others, the ride although has a couple of hills is good and fast, the run is on grass so if your used to this you’ll be fine. However for me I like the bling and goodie bag, while you do get a couple of energy gels, there’s no chocolate/sweets or t shirt, also the medal is generic with the event details on the ribbon - this is just me being hyper fussy as I do like these little details and it’s not a cheap entry. Still it is a great event as said and I’d thoroughly recommend it if you want to add a new one to your achievements.
