5K runners and duathletes will need to pick up their number on the day. Assemble at the start 20 minutes before your race start time, wearing your race number (incorporates your timing chip) and join the crowds by the start line. Registration is located at Baltic Square, Gateshead Quayside, NE8 3BA. This is also the location for transition and where duathletes will need to drop their bikes.
