Organiser's Description
Join us for an evening summer 10km guided trail run through the beautiful woods and open ridge lines of the Chiltern Hills! We will be running through beautiful woods and getting the best of the evening light in this small social run with just two running groups. Each group will be running at conversational pace, the first around a reference pace of 60 minutes or less for a road 10km and the second around 70 minutes or less for a road 10km (this is not the pace we will be running at!).
As with all Run the Wild events, you will be grouped with similar ability runners and led by one of our experienced Run Leaders. We walk anything too steep and it’s a good opportunity to get some trail running tips from our leaders along the way. The event is expected to finish before 8.30pm.
