Race Briefing
The race briefing/event guide will be online a week prior to the event. Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with it. There will be a basic recap before the first wave of runners start.

Start times
Your time starts when you cross the timing mat under the gantry. We will split the filed into waves once you've self seeded on the start line.

Prize giving
Will take place at the finish line. Times are approximate and may be moved earlier if all prize winners are present

Rules
No music players allowed. Please do not pass on your entry without informing us. Changing entries will only be considered within the transfer policy. The person registered must turn up to race registration on the evening of the race.

Terrain
The entire route is Tarmac. We cannot promise there won't be damp sections but the course is solid under foot.

What will you receive before the race?
We will email a race guide and a start list. You will collect your race number on the morning of the run.

On site facilities
There are a number of facilities on site. Permanent toilet blocks, are scattered throughout the whole site. There are additional toilets at the registration building. Cafe facilities where you can buy hot and cold food and drink.
