You don’t need to be chasing a marathon to join. Just turn up, run your miles, and be part of something bigger.
Week 6 distance: 22km and 12km
HOW IT WORKS
Starting Sunday 18 January, The Long Run kicks off a 14-week training block leading up to the London Marathon. Each group is supported by dedicated Long Run leaders. People who know the route, hold the pace, and make sure no one is left behind.
WE RUN ON SUNDAYS
Every Sunday, we’ll lace up and hit the road, starting and finishing at The Clubhouse. Group 1 sets off at 7:45am, but exact times, routes, and run leaders drop in your inbox every Thursday. After the miles, coffee’s on our friends Origin Coffee.
Don’t forget to sign in each week to unlock exclusive rewards from our partners. The more you run, the more you earn.
PACE GROUPS

Group 2 - 5:10/km
Group 3 - 5.30/km
Group 4 - 6.00/km
Group 5 - 6.40/km
Not training for a marathon but still want to get your long run in? We also offer a weekly 12km route at 6:00/km.
If you’re unsure which group to join, arrive a little early and speak to a run leader.
