Organiser's Description
With three routes around our own personal favourite trails there is a suitable challenge for everyone to give trail running a go and see what Maverick race is all about. We promise you all that no matter which route you choose you will be treated to some of the best scenery and coastlines the UK has to offer.
We head towards the rugged Jurassic coastline, where seabirds soar, and ancient caves litter the coastline. Steeped in Heritage and with more elevation than previous years, there is no possible way that the Maverick Adidas Terrex Dorset Original event will disappoint.
We look forward to welcoming you to the trails, the home of Maverick race and the start line in August.
Please Note - This is a postponed event that was due to happen on May 30th 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead of throwing away the old medals and ordering new ones, we have decided to reduce our carbon footprint and use the original medals dated ‘May 30th 2020’. We look forward to seeing you on the start line fit and healthy when we can enjoy the outdoors once more.

How It Works
As with all Maverick events you can expect up to 3 on-course hydration and nutrition outposts provided by Precision Hydration. There will also be prizes for the winners of each distance, male and female.
As a guide you should always:
• Follow the on course signage
• Listen to on course marshals
• Take care when crossing roads
• Be considerate to others
• Please close all gates, DO NOT litter!
In our quest to make this season plastic free, we ask that you run with a re-usable cup or bottle. Hydrapak Speed Cups are available to purchase at each event and online.
