An early season Sprint based Triathlon. Suitable for first timers, novices and beginners, with an added challenge of a Double Distance event for the seasoned participant.
Starts with a pool swim at Wilmslow Leisure Centre, an undulating, picturesque cycle ride around the leafy Cheshire countryside, and a run which goes out from the Leisure Centre along quiet roads around East Wilmslow, mainly flat but with some inclines near to the River Bollin.
All entrants MUST have a BTF Race pass or BTF membership.

I did the Sprint Tri on May 4th, 2025. The whole thing was well organised, slick and efficient. Registration was quick, course and transitions were easy to navigate. Plenty of space in the lanes for the swim, bike course was quick with smooth roads (you could be really lucky or unlucky on a few roundabouts though) and run course was good too. Good marshalls and supporters with friendly competitors. All in all, spot on! Thanks!

Great race. I did the Double Sprint (750m Swim 45K Cycle 13K Run). Well set up and organised. In the water at 8am sharp, transition was easy to navigate. Guidance along the route was very good and some shouts of support from volunteers and locals helped me along! Also beautiful cycle route and got lucky with the weather.
