Organiser's Description

Run a beautiful springtime 5km then elevate your movement skills with a movement class by the Movement Project. All abilities welcome!

Join us this May for a refreshing spring trail run through the beautiful Chiltern Hills. This guided 5km run is open to every level of runner, and we’ll introduce key trail‑running techniques along the way. You’ll also enjoy a movement session led by Neil Frankel from the Movement Project, designed to expand your range of motion and help you connect more deeply with the natural surroundings. It’s an uplifting way to build confidence on the trails, unwind and learn new movement skills. First‑timers are warmly encouraged to take part.

As with all Run the Wild events, you will be grouped with similar ability runners and led by one of our experienced Run Leaders. We walk anything too steep and it’s a good opportunity to get some trail running tips from our leaders along the way. The event will finish around 11am when you can enjoy a post run coffee at the Church Farm cafe.
