Supported by Birmingham City Council, we are delighted that the fabulous venue of Sutton Park, Birmingham is the setting for our Birmingham 1/2 Marathon, 10K and 5k Fun Run.
The event is aimed at all abilities so whether you are running for fun or an experienced runner there is something for everyone.
The event guarantees to be a fantastic challenge and a great day out!
Event course within Sutton Park, the largest urban parkland in Europe covering 2,400 acres.
Closed to traffic run course on tarmac roads within the park and rural run through heathland & ancient woodland

Lovely course, hills not too bad but a bit tedious on the 4th lap for the Half Marathon.
The thing I would say is they skimped on the medals, it's the same medal whether you do 5k/10k/half marathon, save yourself £10 and just book the 5k - really can't understand what the extra £10 cost of the half marathon was for or how it's justified when you all get the same medal.

Run 1/2 Marathon, great race to train for uphill finish, quite tough!

Great race 4x extended 4k loop through the park with downhill part as well as uphill finish. Tough finish, showed me where my fitness is at the moment, I enjoyed it!
