Organiser's Description

The UK's second-largest city again hosts The Birmingham Triathlon at the fabulous Commonwealth Games venue of Sutton Park. This beautiful rural setting with closed to traffic cycle course is a true test for competitors of all abilities, whether first-time novice or experienced club and age group triathlete. The swim in Powell's Pool seen at the Commonwealth Games Triathlon 2022, is a perfect setting for the start of a memorable triathlon experience.

Whether you want to “Tri a Triathlon” or are an experienced triathlete, The Birmingham Triathlon has challenging distances for all abilities.

Swim, Cycle and Run in the wilderness within an urban environment at Sutton Park, with its captivating scenery via the accessible network of roads and paths.

You can enter and complete the entire swim, bike, run triathlon yourself or as part of a relay team of 2 or 3 and share the challenge of swim, bike, run!

Parking

Parking is available on Sutton Park next to registration and the event arena.

There is a charity donation of £3 for parking by The Rotary Club of Erdington. Only cash is accepted.
Parking will be open from 05:45am. All cars must be off the event field by 4pm.
On arrival please follow the Triathlon parking signs.

Race Day Information

Please take some time to read all the event information, we want to ensure that you have a enjoyable triathlon and are fully informed about the day. You can use this information as a guide for your event.

Full and up to date competitor race day information with your race number and start time will be emailed to you 7-10 days before the event. Please check spam/junk folders.

WE DO NOT POST ANYTHING OUT - you will collect your race numbers, stickers, etc. at registration on the day.

Every competitor will receive their own start time, the times provided above are a rough guide to help you plan any transport/accommodation/childcare needs that may arise. These are only a guide and subject to change.

The registration tent will be open for the duration of the event. We advise all participants to collect their Race Pack at least one hour before their start time.

Prize presentations will only take place once all participants in that field have crossed the finish line.
