Join Zig Zag Running for the Great Barrow Challenge - Day 4 in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk on Tue 25th July 2023. This exciting event offers participants the opportunity to choose from a variety of race distances including 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Full Marathon, or Ultra Marathon. With a seven-hour cut off time, you can challenge yourself at your own pace. The event takes place at the Suffolk Running Centre and features different routes each day, with Day 4 covering the Denham Flats route. Parking is included in your entry fee, and the Race HQ/Base Camp provides water and aid stations. Bespoke medals are awarded to finishers, and participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottles or cups as the event is now cupless. Come and join us at our exclusive venue at Suffolk Running Centre, Church Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP29 5AX
It's 10 days of opportunity to challenge yourself! - This is an INDIVIDUAL DAY ENTRY.
Whether it be 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Full Marathon or Ultra Marathon.
It's a seven-hour cut off, (if you start at 9am, and 5hour event if you start at 11am).
Your race, your pace, your distance!
Over the 10 days there will be different routes: *
THIS ENTRY IS FOR DAY FOUR AND THE ROUTE WILL BE DENHAM FLATS
Other days in the Series will be available:
Day 1 - Windmill
Day 2 - Denham Flats
Day 3 - Clover
Day 5 - Dalham Kiln
Day 6 - Denham Flats
Day 7 - Higham Hills
Day 8 - Denham Flats
Day 9 - Gallops Half route
Day 10 - Denham Flats
Parking is also included in your entry price.
The Race HQ/Base Camp is located at the start and Lap point and at the base camp we will have our water/aid station.
Upon entry you will receive an email confirmation from your entry portal and Zig Zag Running. This will also contain the link to the race briefing information pack.
We have designed Bespoke medals for the event, which you will receive at the end of the race each day.
Please note the event has gone cupless - so please bring your own bottles or cups for refilling.
