Using a stationary rowing machine, beat the clock, transition onto the bike ride the track, finishing strong with a run.
END OF SEASON BLOW OUT ON THIS ICONIC CLOSED ROAD CIRCUIT!
Whether as a late season blast, testing out your fitness for another event this is a great event to end the multi-sport year.
With Sprint and Standard distance offerings, the multi-lap bike course allows you to check your pacing and splits throughout.

Course Details
THE RUN
Keep to the right as you take on the track, covering the full 4.3km loop of the track and ensuring you keep plenty in the legs for the uphill drag about 20 minutes in and the fast paced run into transition.
THE BIKE
Depending on whether you are racing sprint or standard you will get to love this circuit very quickly! Amazing wide tarmac and smooth bends but beware it really isn't flat so pace your effort.
THE 2ND RUN
Ensure you save something for this final effort.
THE ROW
Don't like running? Try the first segment using a static rowing ergometer.
