Registration:
The registration process for each distance is organised with specific time windows to minimise congestion and ensure a smooth experience. During registration, you’ll collect your race number (nothing is sent in advance). It’s recommended to arrive at the beginning of your registration window to avoid queues:
Gates open: 15:30
Registration: 16:00
Start times: 17:00

• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
• In our quest to make this season plastic-free, we ask that you run with a reusable cup or bottle.

There will be no outpost on the Short route. There will be 1 outpost on the Middle route and Long route. The outposts are designed to act as a top-up for what you are already carrying. There will be a range of sweet & savoury snacks (fruit, cake, crisps) as well as gels & electrolyte.

There will not be pre-filled water cups available at the outpost. Please have your reusable cup or bottle ready when you arrive and make use of our self-serve water barrels.

CUT OFFS

Although we do not have strict cut-offs as such, we do appreciate if all runners (regardless of distance) are finished by 7:30pm. This equates to a finish time of 2hr30.

This helps to ease the pressure on our marshals, so that they are not stood outside for long periods of time.
