ULTIMATE 2.4 mile swim - 112 mile cycle - 26.2 mile run
ULTIMATE HALF 1.2 mile swim - 56 mile cycle - 13.1 mile run
Olympic 1500m swim - 40k cycle - 10k run
Sprint 750m swim - 25k cycle - 5k run

All competitors for the Ultimate will start at 06:30
The cut off times for the Ultimate Triathlon and Relay are as follows:
Swim: 2 hours 15 minutes after start time
Bike: 10 hours 30 minutes after start time
Run: 17 hours after start time
HALF
Ultimate Half will start from 0830hrs with a rolling wave.
The cut-off times for the Ultimate Half Triathlon and Relay are as follows:
Swim: 1 hour 15 minutes after the start time
Bike: 6 hours after the start time
Run: 9 hours 30 minutes after the start time
OLYMPIC & SPRINT
Starts from 10am
Transgender Policy
Only people who are female sex at birth are eligible to compete in the Female category.
All individuals including transgender people are eligible to compete in the Open category. Responses to this question will enable us to allocate competitors into the correct race category as required under the British Triathlon Transgender Policy effective 1 January 2023. This policy can be read here and provides more information regarding race categories and eligibility.

Wetsuit Use
We will be taking a water temperature Sunday Morning.
We advise that all competitors bring their wetsuit as well as suitable swim attire.
WETSUIT USE
a.) The use of wetsuits is forbidden or mandatory if the following combinations of distance and water temperature are attained:
Swim Length: up to 1500m
Are as at 31 December: up to and including 59yrs
Mandatory below: 14C
Forbidden above: 22C
Swim Length: up to 1500m
Are as at 31 December: age 60 and above
Mandatory below: 14C
Forbidden above: 24.6C
Swim Length: 1501m and above
Are as at 31 December: all ages
Mandatory below: 16C
Forbidden above: 24.6C
