Organiser's Description
A fast, flat, virtually traffic-free course, which includes two laps along Lee-on-the-Solent seafront promenade. Excellent sea views and great spectator access with friendly marshals, a generous goody bag and a samba band! A good potential PB course, weather permitting!
Good, but... not even BC headphones. Flat 2 loop course, great race village, well supported by marshalls and public, BUT... not even bone conductive headphones allowed is a major let down for anything over 10km in my book. Personally in these conditions, I’ll only return for a PB if I feel the need to measure myself up to this event in the future.
The medal is absolutely outstanding, thumbs up to the designers.
