At Run For Heroes we believe in lots of individuals coming together to create positive change, that's why we're excited to be launching our next event: #5kMay!
Participate in a 5k of your choice (run, roll, walk, cycle) and donate £5 to a charity close to your heart. After you have donated, nominate your friends on social media and you'll unlock a goodie bag full of rewards!
