This Duathlon event in the magnificent Lake District includes the excitement of racing next to Lake Windermere, with transition at the White Cross Bay Park, and a cycle around the shores of the lake into Ambleside and back. The run takes you on and out and back course, with a number of loops depending on the distance, towards Ambleside then turning back towards the White Cross Bay Park.
