The swimming for the 5k and 10k solo races are in the beautiful Spring Lakes lakes. The run sections are predominantly flat, off road with tracks, field and compact trail. A great newcomers course.

The first half of the 21k is more demanding with a river section and heads out through woods and tracks with naturally occurring obstacles. The running has a quiet road sections before it joins the 10k course for the 2nd half of the race.
